Michael F. Christensen

Michael’s practice is focused on real estate matters, business organization, sale of operating businesses and corporate matters.  Michael also represents clients in commercial leasing transactions and represents secured creditors in creditor-debtor workouts.  Before joining Nelson Christensen Hollingworth & Williams, Michael worked as a contract attorney for the Utah Attorney General’s Office.

Michael and his wife, Erica, are parents to four children.  Michael loves spending time with his family, spending time outdoors and playing sports.
