Mr. Hollingworth represents and advises a wide range of business clients, including entrepreneurs, privately held companies, developers and owners’ associations.

Mr. Hollingworth’s practice emphasizes issues of corporate law, including business entity formation, acquisitions, reorganizations and private financing transactions. His commercial practice includes joint venture transactions, manufacturing and distribution arrangements and equipment leasing. Mr. Hollingworth is a member of the firm’s litigation department which represents clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation cases.

Mr. Hollingworth handles all types of commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing, development and foreclosure.

Mr. Hollingworth joined the firm in 1994. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Hollingworth served as general counsel of a publicly traded internet protocol telecommunications company. He resumed practicing with the firm in 2002.
